Aaron brings over 25 years’ experience in the construction sector, with 17 of those at Fletcher Construction. He’s a Fellow and Chartered Building Professional and past President of NZIOB Southern Chapter. Known for leading high-stakes projects with calm confidence, Aaron’s your go-to when the pressures on.
Marie Rodgers
Principal
Marie’s background spans both public and private sectors. From overseeing Dental and Health Service organisational design, and people development, through to trusted advisor in Property across Government. With over two decades in project and programme management, she brings a sharp eye for structure and systems – but always keeps people at the centre of the work.
Alex Weir
Project Manager
With 20+ years in construction, Alex knows projects from the ground up in Health, Correction, Civil and Commercial construction and brings a strong people leadership and programme focus to keeping things running smoothly – even when the unexpected hits.
Luke Thomson
Senior Project Manager
Luke started in structural steel and now leads complex commercial builds, including seismic strengthening and design management. He blends a practical understanding of builds with business smarts – bringing both strategy and structure to every job. Luke is an accomplished construction professional and Engineer to the Contract.
Nick Lill
Project Manager
Nick’s known for stepping into tough project moments and getting things over the line. With a background in structural engineering and joinery, he brings hands-on problem-solving and a cool head under pressure.
Ridhwan Ahmed
Project Manager
Ridhwan is a civil and structural engineer with a knack for quality assurance and innovative solutions. His approach is thorough and considered – always grounded in the technical detail but focused on real-world outcomes.
