We deliver expert Project Management, Advisory, and Strategic Planning services
– and we do it by embedding ourselves in your world, not hovering around the edges.

On board. All in.

ABOUT US

The Project Consulting Group is a team of seasoned professionals in property and construction. We’ve worked on both the client and contractor side, across public and private sector projects in Aotearoa and abroad. Since setting up shop in New Zealand in 2017, we’ve advised and delivered projects that range in scale, complexity, and urgency – from iconic city builds to nationally significant infrastructure.

What sets us apart?  We get involved. Deeply. We don’t just advise from a distance – we work alongside your team, helping navigate complexity, lift performance, and deliver on what matters. You get people who’ve been there before, and who know how to get it done.

This is project work done properly – by people who care.

The PCG managed the Works Completion process for New Zealand’s first Roading Infrastructure PPP. Our client oversaw the Design & Construct phase, ensuring the road met strict safety and performance standards.

We coordinated between Design, Construction, and the Independent Reviewer to ensure technical compliance and successful completion of 109 headline tests—over 10,000 activities spanning all PPP disciplines, from design through post-construction commissioning.

Being a significant engineering feat for NZ, we are immensely proud to have played our role in supporting delivery for our client, and for the NZ public.
